The hotel is modern and has a first class location, the staff is very competent and friendly, and really speaks several languages. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is also highly recommended. Those who do not feel comfortable in this hotel cannot be helped.
I don't see why I should object to this hotel.

This place had everything I could ask for in a hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to some beautiful beaches on the seaside. The view from my balcony was breathtaking, and I couldn't believe how close I was to the beach. The staff here were so polite and always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. My spacious room in the apartment was a dream, complete with a hydro massage tub for ultimate relaxation. I also loved that there was a restaurant on-site with delicious food and reasonable prices. The 10% guest discount was a nice bonus as well.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It truly is a luxurious and comfortable place with enhanced services and amenities.

the location was convenient, with many restaurants and bars in the area. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a balcony, while the bathroom had a massage bath and power shower. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. the hotel also had a small swimming pool and good air conditioning.
The difficulty in finding parking, as the hotel's own parking was limited and needed to be reserved in advance.

Great location directly on the beach. You had to pay for sunbeds on the beach. Our room was great!!!! A huge balcony with a great sea view. 2 sunbeds with 2 parasols. Table with 4 chairs and the possibility to hang up laundry (which was really practical). Restaurant in Hotel TOP!! Super tasty food. At the reception very helpful and very friendly. Parking in the underground car park for a fee. (could be included in the price). Anytime again!.

The pool needs to be managed better. There were signs up to say no diving and not inflatibles. For this reason, we did not allow our children to do either. However, many other children were breaking the rules. We did not complain as people were clearly having fun, but the hotel needs to be clear on what its policy is and then needs to ensure that they police that policy so as not to upset some of its guests. Otherwise a nice stay if a little over priced.

Great views and friendly service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a variety of options. The location was also perfect with easy access to the beach and local attractions.
The hotel was far too noisy and overcrowded during Christmas. The pool was too small and always crowded, making it impossible to relax by the water.

The location is fantastic, we had an ocean view room. There were 2 rooms, one with kitchenette and sleeper futon for our kids, the other a good sized bedroom for us. Large bathroom. It was nice that we could do some simple cooking and eat in our room. The ladies at the front desk were superhelpful. They helped us call Croatia Airlines when 1 of our bags got lost and didn't show up in a timely manner, they also double checked the bus schedule with a phone call when they found out that we were taking the local bus back to Split. She said that the bus schedule was unreliable.

This hotel was comfortable, inviting and close to the beach. It is a larger hotel and doesn't offer the one on one assistance that smaller hotels seem to offer but the view from our balcony room was fantastic and the location is terrific for spending a few days by the sea, relaxing. Our room was spacious and the restaurant offered a pleasant dinner atmosphere.

The extra fee for using the Wi-Fi. the tourist crowds can be overwhelming in the evening, making it challenging to navigate with a stroller.

We liked the design, atmosphere, location, views, sunsets and especially the food which was freshly cooked and local. All courses were waiter served. The staff were professional, friendly, efficient and helpful and had a can do attitude.

nice staff, relaxed atmosphere, good food, nice room, easy and free safe to use in the room
Main issue was that you have to pay for WIFI, this is free in most 3 star hotels and every other 4 star hotel I have stayed at. I was also not allowed to view my bill in English before paying - therefore had no idea what I was paying for. I couldn't be bothered to go through all the receipts. It would be good to get a print out in English before expecting payment.
